- Bosch DSA E2800 products run SANtricity OS Controller Software from NetApp.
- Software updates are available only for registered NetApp E-Series owners.
Restrictions & Known Issues
- IPv4 address via DHCP required for Bosch configuration tools during setup.
- NetApp Support Portal account needed to download software.
- SANtricity versions 11.60.2 and earlier are no longer supported by NetApp.
- Configuration Manager v7.11.0048 or later is required if BVMS is not used.
- To upgrade to 11.90GA, systems must first upgrade to 11.70.5.
- 12TB HDDs with firmware < NE02 have high failure rates; upgrade to NE02 or later recommended.
